Description

Located in 309 Gabriel Mancera street, one of the best transportation routes in the city, GaMa offers an alternative to the rising demand of business centers and offices in the central areas of Mexico City.

The project presents itself as a glass cube resting on a monolithic concrete element that marks the entrance, emphasizing it by cutting the volume’s edge that’s in contact with the street, generating dramatism in the entrance by the unbalance in the volume

Its strategic location on a 900 m2 rectangular site, the creation of a large lateral courtyard that takes into account the low heights of adjacent buildings and its transparent skin ensure that all inside spaces of this project receive natural light, an essentialcondition of work spaces.

In its interior, the building functions via a single core of vertical circulations that takes you to every one of the 6 levels of offices which can either be subdivided into smaller spaces or be used as 1 large open floor plan in keeping with actual tendencies of more flexible and dynamic offices.
